I've been meaning to write to thank you for a terrific service.  I ordered a lei for a friend of mine on the mainland.  She has visited Hawaii many times but has not been able to travel to Hawaii in a number of years.  This past year she suffered a stroke.  Your beautiful double orchid lei arrived at her home in Boston on the same day she returned home from the rehabilitation hospital.  She was delighted with it and wore it all day!

Just wanted to say thanks for the beautiful Hawaiian flowers! Everything arrived just as promised and in perfect condition. Your staff was very nice and organized throughout the entire process. The ti leaves and loose purple orchids were especially beautiful. The lei making kits were fun and easy to use. Making the leis ourselves was a unique experience that we all enjoyed. My husband and I lived in Hawaii for a year. Having your flowers at our wedding was like bringing Hawaii to Maryland. Thanks so much for making our wedding extra special!

I am happy to report that my order of leis arrived on time, was well packed and in excellent condition. My son and his girlfriend had a special and memorable day. They both stood out from the rest of the class because of the beautiful orchid lei and maile ti-leaf lei they wore. We (parents of both children) could easily spot them amongst the graduating class. After the ceremony, they were sought after by the photographers of the local newspapers to snap pictures of them. I told the photographers that the leis were shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii!!!! We'll see what actually gets published in the newspaper. Our graduates turned many heads and we were told later by other parents that the leis were a nice touch. I believe this was the first time that a Hawaiian flair was brought to Cohasset High School.
My experience with you as a customer has been superb. I have been away from Hawaii for years and was not sure how to go about ordering fresh flowers. I went online and came upon your website. Your website was nicely laid out and easy to understand. Your 800 number, I have to say, was a good touch as other websites did not have it. I called with questions and I was truly impressed with the knowledge of your customer service. I knew then that I would place an order with you.

The lei I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was a great surprise to my 18 year old daughter who graduated last night. The perfect addition for a girl who has beat the odds by going to school and completing her senior year in difficult circumstances. Thank You for the opportunity you provided to me to show how proud I am of my daughter who walked with her graduating class, 8 ½ months pregnant with a child she will soon give to another family by adoption. As I told her as I gave her the beautiful lei, "I couldn't send her to Hawaii for graduation because of her present circumstances, but I was able to bring Hawaii to her".
